Robert graduated from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School in 2025, where he was a “Marketplace of Ideas” awardee for his contributions to critical, respectful discourse. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Agriculture and at the Center for Water Security & Cooperation; a water resource specialist for the Colorado Water Conservation Board in its Rivers and Streams Division; and as a U.S. Google Public Policy Fellow at Public Knowledge. Additionally, he served as Submissions Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy, and was a Research Assistant for professors Caroline Cecot, Weijia Rao, and Robert Leider. Robert received the top grade in his Water Resources Law course while at Scalia Law, and his research interests include the economic implications of western water law.
