OverviewDavid Edwards is a law clerk at BKS. He graduated with distinction from University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law in 2026 with concentrations in Water & Environmental Law and Capital Lawyering. During law school, David maintained Justice Anthony A. Kennedy Fellowship honors (full-tuition scholarship), was nominated for Best Brief at his school’s Global Lawyering Skills Competition and was inducted into the Traynor Honors Society. David served as President of the McGeorge Water Law Society and was a Peer Mentor for the Student Bar Association. During law school, David worked as a law clerk and externed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in the chambers of Magistrate Judge Dennis M. Cota.
