Stephen M. Siptroth

Stephen M. Siptroth joined the firm as an associate in September 2008 after practicing natural resources and public agency law in Stockton, California. He primarily practices water law, land use, and municipal and public agency law. He has appeared on behalf of public agencies in California courts and at administrative hearings before the State Water Resources Control Board. Originally from Escondido, California, Mr. Siptroth received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine in 2002 and at graduation was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and awarded the Alumni Award for Outstanding Honors Thesis in the School of Social Sciences. In 2007, he received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall), where he served as Editor in Chief of the U.C. Davis Journal of Juvenile Law & Policy. He is the author or co-author of articles that have appeared in national law journals and peer-reviewed academic journals.
